Hello everyone, I am the host from Dex.top. This is the Dalishi Webcast Room where we will be starting a live Webcast. At the same time, we will also be live on Biben Applets. Thank you to everyone who is currently participating.

In this webcast, we invite a guest from NULS, who is our co-sponsor, Reaper Ran, the Community Director at NULS. Let’s give him a warm welcome!

Interviewer Questions

Question 1: Reaper, can you please introduce NULS?

NULS is a global open source public blockchain project and an enterprise-level blockchain solution platform. NULS’ mission is to build a multi-chain parallel, value-interconnected blockchain ecosystem. NULS provides micro-services, smart contracts, rapid blockchain-building, cross-chain services, etc., and provides comprehensive blockchain solutions.

NULS uses a micro-service architecture, composed of complex underlying technology, and splits the blockchain system into completely independent modules. It can be flexibly customized, supports multiple programming languages for development, and reduces the threshold of blockchain technology to a minimum. Now, any person can customize the blockchain.

NULS recently upgraded the core product Chain Factory. As a one-stop blockchain development platform, the Chain Factory realized the one-click construction of a blockchain based on an easy to use interface that is simple and efficient. The upgraded Chain Factory will also dock supporting products and third-party services to meet the needs of users as they develop their blockchain.

Question 2: Reaper, can you please tell us more about the NULS Chain Factory?

The majority of people that interact with a blockchain often do not need to understand the technical aspects of the blockchain to interact with it. As a result, sometimes I find it difficult to explain the value of a product to ordinary people. Chain Factory is unique because it is a product that can be displayed and used by ordinary people.

We have been planning and designing Chain Factory since NULS 1.0. The time we’ve spent developing and designing the Chain Factory was spent focusing on building the bottom layer and supporting the Chain Factory. We think it is important to spend time on this platform because we are optimistic about it and firmly believe that the Chain Factory is a revolutionary product.

When we launched the first version of the Chain Factory, we only opened up the basic functions, that is, we used an interface to implement a basic blockchain by selecting modules and configuring parameters.

After this upgrade, the Chain Factory will have the ability to provide package products and third-party services. It will be able to dock to package products and third-party services will enhancing its own function of building a blockchain. When building a blockchain, users can obtain customized services at a low cost based on their needs, or directly transplant existing ones on the Chain Factory platform, such as POCM, community governance tool, digital asset red envelopes and other supporting products.

If you are interested, you can log in to the official website of the chain factory and experience some functions of the new version of the chain factory: factory.nuls.io.

Question 3: What are the Chain Factory’s functions? How does it build a simple, threshold-free, efficient and low-cost blockchain?

Currently, the main function of Chain Factory is to support one-click blockchain building based on the interface, and to provide supporting products and relevant third-party services.

The Chain Factory is the first in the industry to achieve a simple, non-threshold, efficient and low-cost platform for a blockchain. It is based on the following three points:

1. The Chain Factory is an interface that operates efficiently at a low cost and high speed;

2. Using the blockchain created by Chain Factory, the modules are completely independent and can extend any function the user wants in a safe and effective manner;

3. The module warehouse inside Chain Factory can provide users with a variety of modules, and functional modules with special needs, users can also customize at low prices.

Question 4: Compared with competitors products in the same field, what are the core advantages of Chain Factory?

First, Cosmos and DOT are simply an SDK. The main users are developers, but the Chain factory is a one-stop blockchain development platform that anyone can use.

In addition to building a blockchain, we can provide more comprehensive services, including supporting products and third-party services launched this time, and in the future we will support Node cloud deployment, ecological development, solutions, technical training and other functions.

We provide users with a simpler blockchain development method and a full set of blockchain development services. We are geared towards teams and projects who have blockchain development needs, not just developers.

It is worth mentioning that this time, while our new version of the Chain Factory is online, in order to allow more projects and enterprises to complete the development of a blockchain efficiently at a low cost, we launched a limited-time free event. This provides anyone with free entry to use the application. As long as the users login to Chain Factory, they can participate in this activity through the “Apply for free chain” link.

In addition, with the help of our team’s many years of blockchain technology experience and, we will also provide free services such as project consulting, technical training, and ecological support for users taking advantage of this promotion. We know a lot of the issues blockchain projects face and want to help them by providing the necessary services. Therefore, if there is a need to build a blockchain, they must seize the opportunity to build a blockchain to enhance their business as part of this limited-time free event.

Question 5: Are there projects currently using NULS to build a blockchain? How will NULS build its own ecology in the future?

We previously announced projects that use NULS to build a blockchain, including TokenNetwork, Samos, EDA, etc.

In terms of ecology, VeriTAG, recently announced that they would complete migration to the NULS main network. TokenNetwork will adopt NULS to develop its own blockchain, such as Dex.top, Huobi Mining Pool, BW and other partners. Cooperation is progressing steadily.

Similarly, our own product development has not stopped. At present, we are focusing on the Chain Factory and have launched a promotional period for people to use the platform to achieve building an efficient and low-cost blockchain, thereby expanding the NULS ecosystem.

The third-party service at Chain Factory will bring additional partners to the NULS ecosystem, so they can join NULS and build the ecosystem with us.

Our mission is to build a multi-chain parallel and interoperable blockchain ecological network, so that more people will benefit from the blockchain.

Question 6: What is the future development plan and blueprint for the Chain Factory?

Chain Factory completed iteration of two versions, and there is still more space for improvement. We will continue to optimize and improve existing functions. Among them, the module warehouse serves as a core functionality for building a blockchain. Our team will continue to invest in developing more functional modules for users to choose from. At the same time, we also support the contribution module to earn revenue, and hope that more developers and teams are willing to join us in contributing modules.

Second is the third-party service docked by the chain factory. In addition to offering project consulting, solution, ecological support and other services, our team will also cooperate with more teams in the future to connect their services to the chain factory.

It is hoped that by continuing to expand a variety of services that support the development of blockchain, improve functions, and enrich the module warehouse, users can use a chain factory to meet the needs of developing a blockchain, so that Chain Factory truly becomes a one-stop blockchain development platform.

Question 7: There are many exchanges on the market. Why choose to cooperate with Dex.top, and what actions will you take in the near future?

Dex.top is different from other exchanges. In terms of positioning, Dex.top is an open decentralized exchange. In the future, Dex.top will have a place and be a good complement to centralized exchanges. Dex.top, which is docked to multiple public chains, has had extensive experience in exchange operation and development, and is a sector that Bibox focuses on supporting development. NULS is a blockchain infrastructure. To develop ecological projects, we must find a reliable platform.

Question 8: Dex.top focuses on the “50 plan” and builds a public blockchain ecosystem. Will NULS cooperate with Dex.top more in the future?

Of course, we currently take Dex.top as one of our most important partners. At present, there are several projects waiting for the release of Dex.top’s NULS ecological zone. At that time, NULS ecological, or cross-chain projects based on NULS, will be pushed to Dex.top.

On the other hand, we will provide blockchain infrastructure for Dex.top. If you need to build an ecological application of the blockchain, we will support the ecological development of Dex.top and Bibox. The cross-chain network we developed will access mainstream assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum/ERC20, etc., which can be provided for ecological services for free.

Question 9: Recently, the security problems associated with centralized exchanges have continued to be exposed. I would like to ask what do you think about this. How is development of the NULS DEX progressing?

Exchanges are often used by everyone, so asset security important. Even Binance, which currently ranks as the top in the world, has had three major hacking incidents.

The blockchain itself is a ledger. On a decentralized exchange, also known as a ‘DEX,’ the account is the money, and the money is the account, this is one of the biggest values of the blockchain. The blockchain can manage without Nasdaq.

The DEX developed by Dex.top on the NULS chain, as far as I know, has been developed and tested since last December. Because of the external environment, we need to wait for a good time to launch it.

Community Questions

1. What is the relationship between the chain built by users on NULS and the NULS public chain? Parallel chain, side chain or a small link running on NULS? Or a new public chain? Is it regulated by the NULS public chain? Can I issue my own token?

The blockchain built on NULS has nothing to do with NULS. It is completely independent. We call it a parallel chain. It can support smart contracts to issue various contract assets, and it can also issue blockchain assets.

Of course, if this blockchain wants to interlink with other blockchains, it must pass NULS verification and register on the NULS blockchain. Then, you can transfer the assets on your own blockchain to the NULS blockchain and use various applications on the NULS blockchain.

2. NULS main blockchain adopts an original POC mechanism. This consensus mechanism is relatively rare. Why did you choose this kind of consensus mechanism?

This consensus is considered an upgraded version of DPOS + POS in a timely manner. C of POC means credit. To improve the efficiency of each node, if each node loses a block, it will deduct credit, which will affect the revenue of nodes and node supporters and encourage nodes to maintain the network and provide better hardware, in this way, the efficiency of the public blockchain network will increase.

3. Have you considered opening the chain factory to ordinary people and let everyone experience it?

Sure, we have a test net that can be experienced by anyone. You can visist https://factory.nuls.io/ to experience it now.
