Implementing new DAPPs on NULS’ sub-chains
On May 7, China’s High-tech Industrialization Research Association Blockchain Industry Alliance (from now referred to as the CBIA) and the NULS project signed a partnership in Beijing. Zhu Tao, Chairman of the China-Blockchain Industry CBIA, and Wang Xiaoli, the co-founder of NULS, attended the signing ceremony. Both parties will join forces to build the Blockchain Technology Institute which will provide comprehensive training of talented people in the blockchain space as well as drive more application and adoption of blockchain technology. NULS will serve as the base chain for the “Key Ring” of DAPPs provided by the CBIA. By working together, the CBIA and NULS will contribute to the development of blockchain businesses of the future.

The two parties will cooperate in areas such as blockchain talent training, popularizing blockchain as well as application adoption.
Yang Lin, a current member of the NULS foundation will become a member of the council at the CBIA. As a council member he will establish the Blockchain Technology Research Institute which will provide fault-tolerance and code checking services as well as support for personnel in the business-related, legal and academic areas of the NULS ecosystem. After the official launch of the NULS mainnet the CBIA will participate in the NULS global node campaign and the “Key Ring” Dapps will be integrated onto NULS main chain.
Additionally, the NULS Foundation will employ Zhu Tao, Chairman of the CBIA, as a consultant to the NULS project. He will provide professional advice and guidance to the NULS team concerning the application of blockchain technology and help form teams of blockchain experts. Thus, in cooperation with the CBIA, they will use business, technological, legal and academic resources in blockchain courses to train personnel and accelerate the growth of popularity of blockchain technology.
The CBIA is affiliated with the China High-Tech Research Association and works independently under its guidance and supervision. The mission of the CBIA is a “Digital China” which means realizing science and technology as the driving force behind the development of the national economy. It aims to focus on blockchain industry research, security, and technological support and services. The cooperation of NULS and the CBIA will thus establish a research partnership that will see the full-scale industrialization of blockchain technology.
In order to make the most out of the links that the China High-Tech Association has with local governments, enterprise projects, companies, experts and research institutes, four tasks must be carried out. The first is to promote the CBIA as the main supporting platform for NULS’ blockchain technology. Cooperation with local governments, enterprise or institutions of higher education will accelerate if the CBIA is promoted as an incubator of new professionals in R&D and as an attractive investment opportunity. To enhance scientific and technological achievements in the blockchain space, NULS is committed to incubating a group of high-tech enterprises with great development potential. The aim is to be build a strategic platform that can merge traditional enterprises with blockchain industry research. Secondly, NULS wants to tap into the best talent and most innovative ideas in the blockchain space and integrate it with new resources which will spur on new development and enterprise. The third is to build up enterprise by taking a market-oriented approach and exploring new ways blockchain technology can be built into and combined with the business frameworks of various companies. Lastly, NULS aims to develop blockchain related networks, to carry out research on the application of blockchain technology, and to promote innovation and application in specific areas such as internet finance, big-data, internet of things as well as be the driving force behind and incubators of many new blockchain companies.
NULS is a customizable blockchain infrastructure consisting of microkernels and functional modules which reduces the workload of the main chain. The underlying modular architecture provides smart contracts, parallel multi-chains, cross-chain consensus and other operating mechanisms that reduce the cost of development and use. It also acts a great platform for building new enterprise-ready applications. The NULS project thus far played an influential role in popularizing blockchain tech and in has found numerous application and use-cases for blockchain technology. On May 5, 2018, NULS hosted the “NULS International Blockchain Innovation DAPP Design Competition” in Beijing Tsinghua Science Park. The competition saw a total investment of 100 million yuan ($15 million) from colleges, universities and social groups. Excellent DAPPs will receive cash prizes, project incubation services, and investments. More than 50 universities and colleges from more than 10 countries including China, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and South Korea participated in the competition!
According to Wang Xiaoli, co-founder of NULS, the CBIA is recognized as a high-tech, high-innovation organization with unique resource advantages. It has a wealth of government research resources and can publicly answer questions about blockchain technology, solve problems in the development of the application on the blockchain and can bring about industrialization of technology through its effective achievement evaluation system. These factors could have a real impact on the realization of a “Digital China”. The NULS project has a global blockchain infrastructure. Behind the NULS team are technology developers from all over the world. They are all working on the same goals and have unique knowledge and experience in technology research and innovation. NULS can be customizable, modular, and be extended to parallel chains. Its design is a powerful tool for increasing the application threshold and reducing application costs on the blockchain. NULS and the CBIA became partners because both parties have greatly enhanced development in the blockchain space as well as accelerate the application and adoption of blockchain technology. They both have the common goal of serving the actual economy. With the help of its government connections and links to great projects, companies, experts and research institutes, the partnership with the CBIA will bring into play the finest features of the NULS project. It will build solidarity in the community and will help NULS continue to make valuable contributions to the development of the blockchain industry.
