As part of our ongoing commitment to full disclosure and transparency as an open-source project, we would like to share the following information with you:

The NULS main-net wallet addresses for community and business funding.

In the short 9 months since NULS was established, 100,000 lines of code have been written, 15 people were hired in the core technical team, and 11 rounds of test-net were carried out. Main-net launched successfully at 12:00 noon (Beijing time) on July 11th, 2018 and token swap was initiated.

Now, we are in a position to share with you, the NULS main-net funding wallet addresses.

NULS Token Distribution Mechanism

The initial offering of NULS tokens was 100m, and these tokens are divided into four funding categories:

1. Token Swap
40% (40 million) tokens airdropped to owners of the ERC20 placeholder tokens.

2. Team Funding
20% of the total tokens (20 Million NULS) will be used for paychecks, marketing, operating costs, consulting, etc. Once main-net, these tokens will be unlocked at the rate of 5% (1 Million NULS) per month over the course of 20 months.

3. Community Funding
20% of the tokens (20 million) will be allocated for building the community. No more than 4 million tokens will ever be used per year.

4. Business Cooperation
20% of the tokens (20 million) will be allocated for business partnerships and to support high quality NULS-based third party projects.
